The course, entirely in Italian, was launched by ECPAT-Italy and four other ECPAT Europe September 27, during the international day of tourism, and is part of a project funded by the European Commission. The project involves six countries at risk with child sex tourism.
The course is interactive, full of questions and role-play through which to understand who the sex tourist, as the country is moving, and more. There are several videos and several "situations like" for hoteliers, tour guides, travel agents and tour operators, who may come into contact with the child sex tourist and exploited.
Every person shall svolgerlo individualmente, quando riterrà opportuno, in qualsiasi sede (lavoro, casa..), in un tempo molto breve (20-30 minuti). Al termine del corso on line verrà rilasciato un attestato, attraverso la stessa piattaforma formativa caricata su web.
